“Though I don’t look like a bear, I love cuddles!

My name is Bear, and I will be your teddy bear companion for life. I love belly rubs, cuddles, and snuggles though I may be a bit squiggly until I settle.

I am a survivor, as I had parvovirus and conquered it! I am so good now that I show my leaps and bounds every chance I get! I can jump over a baby gate quicker than you can blink your eye. I’ll only do this because I prefer being around you. If you were in there with me there would be no need.

I currently live with two human siblings 8 and 9 years old and they love petting me and hugging me. I also like my foster dog brother who would pay tug rope, pin me down and roll around with me.  I gently bite his legs and his long ears to engage him in play.

I am food motivated and can follow basic commands. Food gets me into my crate where I would sleep all night. I don’t mind my crate at all, I may whine for a few minutes if I hear you and I am not with you, but if you leave me home alone I am perfectly fine. I do my business outside as long as you let me out regularly but I don’t love the cold as I hurry right back in.

All in all I am a pretty good pup!  I am still a puppy though but with a bit of training I will be your perfect companion. Can I be your teddy bear?” – xo, Bear
