Slightly timid

Kiehls is a young and very curious cat. He likes to play with various toys, but is content to play by himself with certain toys (ie plastic springs). He likes to lay on your lap during the day, but prefers to sleep by himself at night. 

He was initially quite shy around other people, but eventually learned that humans can be trusted. He went from hiding under the bed in the first person, to greeting the latest person immediately. That being said, initial excitement upon first meeting him can startle him sometimes.

Importantly, Kiehls can be taught. He’s learned to not scratch and bite, and likes to nibble fingers. Advised to have a scratching post, as if one is around, he tends to not scratch furniture.

An excellent cat to adopt in every way! A silly cuddlebug!
