“Hiya everybody… my name is Jelica! I’m a very friendly, loyal, and eager to please pupper of 3 months! I was born on Halloween, to be exact. I think that’s spooktacular!

My foster mommy tells me that I’m a very active girl, with a real zest for life. I hear her say “good girl” a lot and is always telling me how smart I am. Yay me! I think those little treats that she gives me really do help with my listening ears. I love my food! In fact, I love it so much that I eat from a slow feeder bowl. Otherwise, I will get hiccups.

Everyday we work on my manners. I am very good at sitting and laying down. We are still working on ‘ no ‘ jumping. But I just get so excited when other hoomans come to visit. I really do love being outside, so it’s important that I have a fenced in backyard. I’m always showing off my zoomies. Sometimes my foster mommy worries when I do them in the house.

I really love playing tug-o-war with my uncle. And not to brag or anything, but I’m a pretty strong girl. I play well with other doggos my size and I love giving kisses to all my people. I am just starting crate training but I want you to know I do go outside to the bathroom like a big girl. Only sometimes after playing, my foster mommy reminds me that I need to pee.

Other fun facts about me: I’m a connoisseur of squeaky toys, love chew ropes, melt my foster mommy’s heart with my puppy eyes, and I can sniff out anything and everything.
