“Hi! I’m Vondo, and my tag literally never stops wagging….like ever!” – xo, Vondo

Vondo is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart! Everyone who meets him is quick to comment on what a friendly, well behaved pup he is! Vondo LOVES people and is excited to greet everyone that he sees.

This little guy has TONS of energy, and is looking for an active household that has the time to give him the exercise and training that he requires. He loves to “go go go” but is then happy to settle with a Kong and take a nap when you leave the house.

He’s also incredibly smart and is quick to learn new behaviours and tricks. Vondo currently lives in a home with two foster siblings, and loves to play with them, but because he loves his people SO much…he would also be happy in a home where he gets all the attention. This little guy has not yet been introduced to cats, but hasn’t shown signs of a prey drive, and would likely do okay if given direction.

Vondo loves to explore the world around him, but often forgets there are other ways to explore, then just through his mouth. He’s been great with kids of all ages, but would do best in a home with dog savvy kids who understand how to redirect his gentle mouthing to toys and chews.

Vondo is fully house trained and asks to go outside when he needs to use the bathroom. Vondo is still working on crate training…he made it clear that he is uncomfortable being confined, and so he’s been taking the training at a slower pace. That being said, Vondo is great in the house and isn’t destructive or have accidents when left alone. Vondo will now go into his crate willingly for shorter periods of time — and is getting more comfortable with the idea of spending time in his own “bedroom”.
