“Hey there, I’m Bailey, and although l’m a handsome boy, I’d like to let you in on a couple of things before you completely fall in love with me.

I want to be your best friend! I’m a pretty large lap dog, and I love to play with my tin bowl (I love to chase it all around the room!) Since I have a lot of energy, providing me with lots of time outside in the yard, enriching activities, and stimulating toys are great ways to help me burn through it so I can relax and cuddle with you!

I would do well with another dog companion, as long as we have a successful and slow introduction. I tend to bark and howl towards other dogs when I’m on leash though.

I sleep in my kennel while my foster parents are at work. I’m working on my leash manners,  but with positive reinforcement and proper walking gear, I’m getting better every day.  I’m also learning to keep my excitement down when my people come home. I’m getting better at not peeing in the house, but still have an occasional accident at times.
