Join us before the races and enjoy the pre-race festival!\nSnack on some treats, get your face painted for free, try out the inflatable slide, and don’t forget to snap some pics at one of the photo backdrops!\nCome dressed up in your costumes, and don’t forget the costume for your pooch! All costumes, both human and pets, will be eligible for awards!
