    “Hi my name is Amanda!

I am a sweet and smart kitten with a curious and playful personality. I have captivating golden eyes and lovely dilute brown stripes in my black fur, I don’t want to brag but I am really quite beautiful! I can be a bit shy with new people and situations, so my fur-ever humans will need to be patient to bring me out of my shell. Once I am feeling more confident in my surroundings you will hear my tiny trill and meow greeting you every time I see you (I have to say I am pretty adorable when I do this).

My foster family is teaching me to enjoy pets and being picked up and are encouraging me to cuddle and sit in laps. The best way to my heart is by playing Da bird wand with me. As soon as I hear those feathers in the air or the sound of it hitting the floor I will come running (and I might let you wave it around for hours at a time for me to play with). One of my other favorite things is to carry around toys and ‘steal’ things like paint brushes or lip balm tubes from my foster families’ desks (they think it’s hilarious when I carry them around or play with them). When you pet me, I will purr louder than you have ever heard a small cat purr, and I will stare up at you with absolute love and adoration. I like to smell faces and am learning to love head kisses (my foster family is big on head kisses!).

I love to run around and cuddle with my feline sister, Mallory, who will soon be available for adoption too, and I would do best having a cat friend to do these things with in my fur-ever home. I am very adaptable and live peacefully with the resident cats and small dog in my foster home. Teenagers live in my home too and I love them best even when they are loud!

I think I would be an awesome addition to any household so come and see me – you will love me immediately!”
