Adorable, playful, energetic, mischievous! Everyone, meet Phyllis!
Little Phyllis was surrendered into AARCS care after breaking her back leg. She’s all recovered from surgery now and it’s hard to tell anything was ever broken! She loves cuddling on the couch, playing fetch, and zooming everywhere!
Phyllis is a little lady with a lot of energy and zest for life! She LOVES playing with her foster siblings (2 big dogs and a cat). The dogs tolerate her in-your-face enthusiasm and adjust their play to match her size, though the cat prefers to keep her distance from this tiny tornado! She’d do great in a home with other dogs, big or small, providing they’re tolerant of her energy!
She’s previously lived with a young child before coming into AARCS care, though her foster home hasn’t tested her with kids. Being a typical puppy, she’s still learning her manners so would require supervision around younger children, but would likely do quite well.
Being a young pup, Phyllis is still working on the basics and would thrive in a home willing to spend the time on manners and reinforcing the potty training started in her foster home. She can be vocal when confined to her puppy pen against her wishes, so apartment living may not be in her best interests!
