Are you looking for a loyal companion with which to run, hike, camp, and join in your active outdoor activities? Then perhaps you and Briar should meet, because she is looking for YOU!

Briar is a sweet and gentle dog who loves to be around her humans, especially if that means she gets to walk, play, and run with you! An ideal home for this adorable pup would be one with a backyard, and with someone who would provide her with several opportunities daily for physical exercise, as well as mental stimulation.

She wants to please you, and therefore she catches onto training very quickly. She is completely house trained and knows how to sit, though she will need some further obedience training to be her best self and really shine. Briar is coming along with leash walking, and she will always alert you when a bunny is nearby!

She is crate trained and loves to seek out either her crate or a quiet, sheltered spot in the house when she is looking for some quiet time. She sleeps in her crate in a bedroom with her humans, though she’d much rather join them in bed! Briar is extremely intelligent, and she seems to know which toys are hers and which are off-limits, and if she accidentally forgets, she’ll happily hand back your toy if you ask her nicely to do so.

Briar LOVES affection, and she will happily stop whatever she’s doing for some pets and belly rubs. If she thinks she deserves more scratches (always), she will gently paw you to encourage you to keep loving on her.

This active, loving pup deserves the very best forever home… could that home be yours?
