“Since you’re from Canada, you must love snow and are probably missing the beautiful, white, fluffy powder everywhere you look. Instead of sulking for the next few months until snow reappears, adopt me into your family today and you’ll never lack a pile of white fluff sitting on your lap.
My looks alone will make you want to adopt me (how could you resist these baby blue eyes) but I’ll fill you in a bit on my purr-sonality. When I was first brought to AARCS I was pretty scared of my surroundings so I would hiss at anyone who looked in my direction or moved too quickly to pet me. Then my caregivers started to figure me out and realized that even though I hiss, it’s just an act and I’m actually as sweet as can be. I just think hissing makes me look cool and shows off my pretty teeth.
Once I’m comfortable in my surroundings, I’m seriously the cuddliest guy you’ll ever meet. If you ever get sick of giving me head scratches (which I hope is never), don’t you worry! I’ll just rub my head and body against your legs, arms, or head and give myself the scratches I desire so much. I’m just trying to make up for all the time I didn’t have access to these great luxuries! Having my very own family to always make sure I’m fed and loved is something I’ve never been lucky enough to do, so coming home with you would be like winning the lottery. I came from a home with other cats so I would likely adjust very well to having another feline friend to help me come out of my shell” – XO, Adductor
