“Hi my name is Sauerkraut and my Foster Mom’s grandchildren think it is a very funny name.
I absolutely love ear, cheek and neck scratches and will purr for you constantly. I have even started purring when my Foster Mom approaches me to give me any kind of attention.
In the beginning until I get to know you I am not big on cuddles but my Foster Mom now calls me her big black teddy bear. Kids bearing treats are my favorite but meetings need to be a bit slower to start until I get used to them. Meeting new people can be stressful so please let me approach them first.
Things you should know about me are that I am a very clean cat and have never missed the litter box once since living with my Foster Mom. If you work all day it is not a problem because I like to sleep in the day. In the evenings I will come and find you and follow you around looking for some love.
Please note, I am FIV positive, and have to go to a home without other cats, or with cats that are also FIV positive.
I can’t wait to meet you!”
