    “**UPDATE MAY 17**

Hi everyone! Bronte here. I’ve been living it up in my foster home healing my leg and gaining weight, and now I’m ready to find a home of my own!”

Now that my leg is all healed up, I have been playing with my foster brother in the yard, wrestling and running like crazy! I definitely need a fenced yard to hang out in on nice days, and hopefully you have a dog brother or sister for me to play with.

I have been on a few leash walks in my neighborhood, and although I’m not super brave yet, I love to go out and sniff! I don’t run ahead of the human because I like it when she gives me yummy treats and head scratches. Maybe my future dog brother or sister can go on walks with me to show me how to be more confident!

I like my space when I am eating supper, so it’s best if the other dogs eat their food away from mine. I have been hungry for so long, that I get a little bossy when the humans are eating something that smells yummy, but I am getting better at giving the humans space when they are eating too.

There are kitty cats in my foster home right now, but I don’t mind them at all. I sniff them if they walk by but we don’t really hang out together much. I like to be where the humans are, so I follow them wherever they go and head butt them for pets! Sometimes they put me in a kennel when they leave or at night time, so I just take a nap until they get back. And if they let me sleep on the couch at night, I snooze and don’t make a peep.

If you are looking for a girl who can be your best friend and love you to pieces, apply to adopt me today!
