    Story

An affectionate, well-behaved 2 year old girl who loves people!

I live in a foster home with 2 adults and two school-aged children. I have so much fun with the kids! One of my favourite games is fetch – I’m really, really good at getting the ball and sort of good at giving it back to my humans! My favourite thing to do is to greet my family when they come in the door – I get so excited that I sometimes jump up on them even though I’m learning not to do that. They seem to like me, too, because they tell me I’m a good girl ALL THE TIME!

I’m easy to have around because I am 100% house trained, I don’t chew shoes, and I don’t steal food off the counter. I love hikes and walks and runs and it would be best if I could be with people who love these things, too. My foster mom says I’m really smart – I understand ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘no’ and have good impulse control. I love cuddles and pats and games and kisses.

Sometimes I’m curious and friendly with other dogs but other times I’m nervous and scared. I need good, patient introductions to new dogs and I think I’d like to be the only dog in your home. I’m also not keen on being in a crate – I’m so trustworthy that I get to have free rein of the house when my foster family is away. Not sure what I think about cats – haven’t seen too many so far!

Am I the dog for you? I’m lots of fun and have lots of love to give and I can’t wait to explore the world with you.
