If you met Cirque 2 months ago you would not recognize her now!
Cirque came into AARCS care with severe ringworm, which left her arms and chest bare from fur. She lived in the AARCS Vet Hospital while receiving her treatment. She was extremely scared and was a ball of anxiety. She flinched every time she was touched and was just terrified of everything. I took her home once she was cleared of ringworm. She lived in my bathroom for a month and a half and would let me to pet her much mostly hid every time someone entered the bathroom.
After a while she got curious and started to venture out! Now she is a rambunctious thriving young adult! She loves to play with toys, run laps around the house, play with the resident cat and she loves to talk! She is still quite nervous when approached but has recently starting to ask for chin scratches and butt rubs! Everyday her behavior continues to improve! If you have a home with another playful kitty, Cirque would love that!
