So I think there was a bit of a mix up. I hear you are looking to adopt a puppy, but I really must tell you that I am actually a miniature pony.
My mane is still growing and my tail’s a little fluffy still, but in no time, you’ll see the resemblance.
My foster mom has already complimented me on how well I clip-clop everywhere. She says I sound like a stallion galloping around the house!
My whinnying is coming along too…I often squeal with delight when I play with my sister! I think my foster mom says I already snort at night too, but she always mispronounces it and says ‘snore’ – whatever, she’ll learn!
Now I may not be able to let you go for pony-rides yet (or ever if you’re a full-grown human) but I like my harness and will be delighted to proudly trot around the neighbourhood at your side!
I’m not a fan of sugar cubes, but I do like apples – there are tons of them in the backyard here and I race to find any newly fallen ones whenever I get to go outside.
Overnight, I am ok in my corral (it’s an ‘ok corral’ – haha! – horse humour, sorry!), but during the day I prefer to be a free-roaming colt. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been possible yet, ‘cuz my human works. So I stay in the pen and graze on the treats she leaves me to keep me occupied.
Anyway, I don’t want you to make a spur of the moment decision, and I suppose you might need to think about whether or not you can handle a wild bronco like me… but don’t take too long!
I’m chompin’ at the bit to find my forever family and settle into my forever home on the range.
