    Story

Hi future family! My name’s Dax and I’m here to tell you that I’m the sweetest dog you’ll meet!

Despite my big size I’m really quite gentle and love the little humans I live with. I get along just great with my little foster dog brother too who’s about the size of my head! I’m the happiest going outside for walks and love burying my nose in the snow. My foster mom says she really enjoys walks with me because I don’t pull on the leash and I’m polite when I meet other nice dogs. I always know to do my business outside. I barely bark and in between my daily walks I sleep and rest a lot. When the vet team checked me out they found I was having discomfort to my right sided neck area. They’re still working on figuring out how to help me but I’ve got a pain medication that works great. Most of the time you wouldn’t even be able to tell I’m uncomfortable. My foster mom thought I’d have trouble with stairs causing me discomfort but I’ve actually proved her wrong! You can’t hold me back! After some good walks, lots of love and some treats too, I sleep through the whole night no problem. I’m really easy to have around with a calm energy. Come on by soon because I can’t wait to meet my fur-ever family!
