Hi, my name is Bakura but my foster mom calls me Olive and I am one big ball of energy!
While I was living on my own I injured my leg and am currently waiting until I stop growing so that I can get surgery to repair the damage. The humans say I am getting TPLO surgery. While I wait for my surgery my foster mom plays with me a lot inside and taking me for short limited walks.
So far I have learned how to sit, lay down, shake a paw, go to my bed and am 90% house trained. My favourite types of toys are ones that squeak or have hidden treats inside of them. I love when I get to go outside for walks but my foster mom says I still need to work on my leash manners as I get very excited when I see squirrels, bunnies and other dogs on our adventures.
I am looking for a very patient home that is willing to hold my paw during the surgery and recovery period. Once I am back in action, I will need a home that will take me for long walks and/or runs and would love to go on mountain adventures as I love to explore and have energy to burn!
