My AARCS name is Cree but you can call me Chance!
I’ve been living with my foster family for just over a week now and it’s been lots of fun! I live with a foster sister whom I love to play with (even though she’s twice my size) and she also helps me to know what the house rules are. I think I would prefer to have a brother or sister in my new home as well.
I didn’t have a lot of training but I’m working hard on learning my manners and I’ve already gotten pretty good at the basics. I’ve never had an accident in the house as long as I get regular trips outside and I’ve never had an accident in my kennel. I like to chew so having lots of bones and toys around for me is a must!
When I first came to my foster home I wasn’t a big fan of being alone in my kennel but after only a week I’ve made huge improvements! I now only whine for a little bit when my family goes to work and they think it’s just a matter of time before I’ve got it mastered. I sleep on my bed with my family in their room at night and don’t make a peep until it’s time to get up in the morning.
I’m a pretty energetic guy so a home with a large yard would be great and I think I would make a great running or hiking buddy!
