“You may remember seeing me in the the AARCS’ social media posts and newsletters. I am more than just a pretty face though, so let me tell you a little bit about myself. My siblings and I were found orphaned when we were a week old. The kind man who took us in knew that he would need help caring for 6 tiny kittens so he brought us to AARCS. Despite around the clock care, my brothers and sisters were just not strong enough. It is up to me now to live for all of us. My furever home will need to have a playful cat friend for me. My foster home has lots of cats and even some dogs so I am used to having lots of company.
Paper is my nemesis so you will often find me in the recycle bin destroying flyers, in the bathroom unrolling toilet paper, or in the dining room shredding napkins. After vanquishing my paper enemies, I like to run laps around the house with the other cats. Sometimes we get distracted by the tv and will sit right in front of the screen so we have the best view. Don’t worry though, I’m petite so you’ll still be able to see. Once I run out of steam, I like to start my nap on the back of the couch before moving to my favourite place – curled up on the shoulder of a human, purring as loudly as possible. Are you my purrfect match?” – XO, Carrera
