“Hi there, my name is Firewind! I have the cutest orange and white face you have ever seen and I can run like the wind to the kitchen if I smell some food in the air. So far I have learned all of the best tricks to steal the hearts and attention of everyone who walks past me. I have learned that if I show off my beautiful singing voice when you enter the room, you’re obliged to have to look in my general direction. Then I will stare deep into your eyes which will make you fall in love and come give me the chin scratches and head scratches which I love oh so much. If this doesn’t work to get your attention, I resort to sticking my arm as far out of my cage as possible to make sure no one misses me. This makes all my caregivers laugh so I know it works. The only thing I love more than being the center of attention is food! My favorite trick of all time is to eat my dinner in the blink of an eye so hopefully, you will forget you fed me and give me a second meal. I hope my new family will fall for it.

I’m very playful and outgoing so I will fit into any kind of home. I have a tendency to get a little bit over-excited when I’m being pet so I have been known to give “love bites” so I may be best suited for a home with no younger kids and people who understand my unique way to show love. I truly am a big ball of love so when I’m in a home and have settled in and know you will always be there to give me love, my over-excited “love bites” are a behavior that will most likely go away! Apply now to come take me home with you! You will never be able to imagine life without me again.” – XO Firewind
