“Hellooooo, is it me you’re looking for? …. Are you somewhere feeling lonely, or is someone loving you? … Tell me how to win your heart…” – Song written by Lionel Richie but beautifully sung by Zuki, the one of a kind snuggly kitty waiting patiently to be adopted from AARCS.

I may have had a very rough start to life, but that hasn’t stopped me from being very trusting of the people around me. I know that somewhere out there, there is a family who will cherish me and love me for the rest of my life! Maybe it could be you? My favorite things in the entire world are head and chin scratches. They just feel so darn good that you can expect me to be within an arms length distance away from you at all times for easy access to getting a good scratch and cuddle. I’m low maintenance and can keep myself entertained throughout the day by watching birds out the window and napping in the sun, but when you come home I’ll be the first one to greet you and give you some love. I was destined to be a great house cat with my calm, sweet demeanor, so if you’re willing to share your home and heart with me, you will have a forever best friend. If you are having a bad day, I will be there to listen to your rant and dry your tears. If you want to read a book, I’ll sleep quietly on your lap to keep you company. If you want to exercise, I’ll keep you moving by chasing your feet.

Apply now to come meet me, Zuki, the kitty of your dreams! I’ve been waiting for a long time to find a family to call my own, so I hope you can be the one to make my wishes come true.”
