“Hello, I’m Bishop, and as promised, here is an update on my profile.

I’m still a gorgeous boy, who’s looks will melt you heart. I’ve been with my foster mom for over a month. When I’m in a closed room, I will let my foster mom pet me, and I LOVE it! I will purr softly, brush my head against her hand and raise my bum. However, when I’m out of the room, I will still hide. It’s like I have a hard time remembering how much I love pets. I’m mostly scared and shy, and show no signs of aggressiveness. I would prefer a calm and quiet environment with loving and patient humans to help me break out of this groundhog day, where I keep forgetting how much I love being touched. I do not mind other cats, but I do not really interact with them either. I’ve been told being around non threatening and friendly cat could be helpful to my condition. I thinks dogs and kids might be overly challenging for me at this time. Even with my slow progress, my mom is still convinced I have huge potential.

If you are willing to give it time, I’m sure I can break out of my shell. Come and see me me, we’ll work something out.”

Does this Animal have Special Needs?
Yes, Behavioral Special Needs (Extremely shy; hides whenever he can. He will let me pet him when he is in a closed room, and he loves it; however, as soon as he has the opportunity to roam in the house, he will hide in the basement and run away from me. He cannot seem to remember that he actually enjoys human touch…)
