“Hey everyone! Here is a new profile update because I have made so much progress.

My name is Bishop, and I’m a gorgeous and very handsome boy. With my big green expressive eyes, I’m totally adorable. I have now been with my foster mom for a few months and I’ve improve so much since I first arrived here. I was first very shy, and I hid all day, wanting very little interactions with humans; however, my foster mom believed in my potential to be a great cat, and she noticed how much I LOVE to be petted even if I was afraid. With love, patience and cat treats, I’m finally coming out of my shell. Did I mention I also LOVE cat treats? When my foster mom sits down, I come to see her to be petted, and recently, I’ve discovered how to cuddle. Wow! Cuddles are just the best! I now trust her and I’m learning that humans are pretty awesome and not as frightening as I first thought they were. I’m still a little quirky and unsure, but I love when she pets me and I purr like a car engine. I’m now comfortable hanging out with my foster humans, even when they have friends coming to visit.

I would love to be in a calm and quiet environment where I could continue to build my trust in humans and become the great companion I can be. I think that dogs and kids might be overwhelming at this time. I’m good with the other cats in the house, and I started playing with them and with the cat toys.

With a little love and patience, I can become your best friend. And cat treats, let’s not forget the cat treats!”
