Beautiful younger shy cat wanting to come out of her shell, just needs a quiet patient home.
Minnie came to AARCS in March as a shy cat who was not fond of being picked up or petted. She has been in her current foster home since May. She really came out of her shell when there were some older children (9 & 13) visiting this summer. She would come to get pets if someone was on the floor with her and she would engage in play. She’ll never be a cuddly cat, but should be able to be an enjoyable pet in the right home. She does well with another confident cat (to remind her that people are not the big scary things she used to fear).
You can tell she has such mixed emotions. She is curious and interested but just a bit too timid to regularly engage withe people. She deserves to find that patient owner who wants to see her reach her full potential.
Unique lady looking for a quiet home!
