“Well hello there I’m Alexis! I’m assuming you decided to check out my profile after you saw my picture and “awed” at the screen, so let give you a bit of intel to prove to you there’s a lot more to me than my good looks!

I am a very dainty, affectionate girl who goes crazy for head scratches! I am the perfect mix between playful and relaxed and would fit into any home. I’m not picky as to who’s in my vicinity, as long as it means you’ll cuddle me and tell me how pretty I am I’m sure we will be best friends in no time. It did take me a couple days to feel fully comfortable when I was brought to the shelter, but I was just drawing everyone in to feel bad for me so I’d get extra cuddles (P.S. It worked great and I might use this tactic when you bring me home). Now that everyone has caught on to my tricks, I’m using the new method of running to the front of my cage and making sure no one misses me by showing off my funny, unique meow. I just love people so much!

My dream home would have a steady supply of human interaction, nice big windows for me to nap in front of, and some fun toys to prove to you that my age doesn’t slow me down at all. Just like humans eat kale to keep healthy as they get older, I require a special kidney food to keep myself in tip top shape as I age. It costs the same as any high quality cat food so it shouldn’t be any inconvenience to you!

If you’re willing to be patient with me and let me feel comfortable in my new surroundings, I’ll be the sweetest addition to your home. Apply to adopt me today! I know you can’t resist my big green eyes and cute cow pattern in the middle of my face!”
