Hi my name is Clancie! I’m an energetic and loving girl but I definitely know how to relax when the time is right!

My foster mum says I’m super smart, I learned how to sit in just one night and now we’re working on lay down. I’m already crate trained, and I love to have a blanket in my crate with me. I’m also potty trained, although I’m still working on telling my foster mum when I have to go out, I just like to sit by the door until she sees me. I’ll hold it all night if I have to though! I’ve started to learn to play with the resident dog, it did take me a while to get used to her! I need a slow introduction to other dogs, but if you have a dog or two preferably they will have some energy so we can play a lot together. I’m learning to share attention and love, but I do still like to hog all the petting and I get a little jealous if you pet another dog. I’ll let you know by pushing my way in!
I really like my food, and I eat it super fast all the time, it would be best if I had a slow feeder ball in my bowl so I learn to chew it or even being fed on the floor works too! While with my foster mum I’ve learned that jumping is not allowed. Especially when it comes to breakfast and dinner but I do still get excited when I see my food bowl being filled. I’m working on keeping calm and sitting nicely.
I don’t like having something put over my head or onto my neck, like my collar, so I prefer you keep it on me at all times, especially when we go for walks, I love walks!! My foster mum was so surprised when she took me for my first walk and I healed like a pro! I like you to walk slightly ahead of me, and although I do get excited sometimes and try to pull, a simple no will put me right back to where I belong.

I really hope you love me as much as I love food, and I can’t wait to meet you and show how sweet of a girl I can be!
