    Hi,

I’m Bud, a young, large, handsome bundle of joy and I can’t wait to meet you.

I like people, I’m excited when my foster mom takes me next door daily to say hi to the contractors working there so I can cash in on a few extra pets. I was picked on by a pack of dogs in the past, because of that I need proper introduction when meeting new dogs and then I’m alright. My foster mom’s dogs and I are good buddies and have a lot fun together. I even like the cat too. he’s very chill. I used to stay in my very own space secured by a baby gate when I first arrived in my foster home. I was a bit anxious then, being in a new surrounding, but now I roam freely around the house napping on whatever dog bed isn’t being used. I’m also learning that car rides aren’t that scary because they might mean a fun trip to the park.

I can be silly, running around the big back yard tossing this new thing in the air, called a squeaky toy, and chasing it. I love going for walks and my foster mom says I walk better on leash than her own dogs! I’m totally house trained and have quickly learned basic commands, yay for me! I don’t live with children in my foster home, but I like them when I meet them. Because of my size, I will probably do best with older children and a family who likes outdoor activities as much as I do. I’ll be your loyal companion furever.

Does this Animal have Special Needs?
Bud will need help with the following:

      Proper Dog-to-Dog Intros

Anxiety with new environments until he feels safe. He’s overcoming this as he experiences each new environment.

Bud has the ability to jump high and would be best suited in a home with a 6ft fence or higher
