  • Our Story

“Hi there, my name is Jacob but my foster mom likes to call me little “J”. I am probably the sweetest little kitten you will ever meet. I am a little bit shy but once I get to know you I am very loving. I am affectionate and cute and love to make my foster mom laugh.

After I settle in, I am curious, playful, loving and affectionate. I love to purr and climb on my foster mom. I rub my nose on hers and lick her fingers and hand to show her I love her. Sometimes I just flop down in her lap and let her pet me. Then I get this funny look on my face of pure bliss. After cuddles with my foster mom I like to play with the wand toy that she dangles for me. When I start to play I can really get going and can jump around like crazy. My favorite thing is to play with my brother, James. Him and I can play together for hours and then we like to fall asleep together all curled up in our cat tree. When I wake up from my nap I love to eat the wet food my foster mom brings for us. Afterwards I purr really loudly and clean myself. Whenever I need to go to the bathroom I use the litter. I am very well behaved and polite. I don’t ever make a big mess or scratch my foster mom’s couch. Even though I love my foster mom, our room is small and I don’t get to see her a lot. I long for a home where my brother and I can roam around and play and then snuggle our forever parents until my heart is content. I would be very sad to leave my brother as him and I have been there for each other from the very beginning and he helps me to be more outgoing and to learn how to be a good kitten. I would need him to come with me as I am my best self when I am with my brother. If he didn’t come with me I would need there to be another kitten or cat in the house that was kind and easy going. I am a bit shy at times and would probably feel uneasy in a very loud house with lots of animals and kids. However, I would love one or two other animals to be there for me. Or maybe one very well mannered child who could play with me gently and snuggle with me at night.

Please come and visit my brother and me and see how we could make you smile and laugh and how we could bring joy to your hearts and to your home.”

“Hello my name is James. I am a beautiful black kitten with a dab of white at the end of my tail. My foster mom said she’s never seen markings like mine. I am a very outgoing curious energetic little boy who is loving and affectionate.

I love to take care of my brother, Jacob, and we play together for hours. One of my favorite toys is a little fish that I carry around in my mouth. I also love wrestling with my brother. After we’re finished playing we snuggle and sleep together. Both of us love it when our foster mom comes to visit us in our room. We climb all over her and give her kisses and snuggles. I love to jump up on her lap and her shoulders and will stay there and nuzzle in her hair. I will also kiss her over and over on her nose and groom her face when she lets me. Sometimes I love to flop in her lap and purr really loud. I am a very well behaved kitten and I use the litter politely and never scratch furniture. My brother and I would love to find our forever home so that we could cuddle and play all day. We would bring you so many laughs and so much happiness. My brother also needs me to help him learn to play gently, to stay calm, and to be confident. Even though I give my brother lots of love and snuggles I really need my humans too.

I have so much love to give in my tiny kitten heart. I just need someone who will accept all that I have to give!
