Bubbado is a mama’s boy!
Hello, my name is Bubbado! I grew up in northern Alberta where I lived with other dogs. I like my foster brother dog and foster sister cat even though the cat won’t play with me. There are a couple of teenagers in this house and they are okay because I like most people. I like my foster Dad a lot and I love my foster Mom! Sometimes I am a little sad when my foster Mom goes to work and I take a few minutes to sing a little song but then I have a nap and the Mom comes back home. A couple of years ago I injured my right front leg and when it didn’t heal properly, it was easier for me to get around if I did not use it. A couple of weeks ago, I came to Calgary and now I don’t have to trip over that silly leg. I am free to run and jump and play again! I am very calm by nature and I have lots of experience with being in a house. I am fully house trained and I will let you know when I need to do my business. There are a lot of stairs in this house, but I like to go up and down 2-3 stairs at a time – it’s super easy! I love a good spa treatment and will lay for hours if you want to massage me and rub my belly. My foster family thought I should stay in the porch area at night but I’m not a fan of being contained. I had no problem jumping the baby gate that was blocking my way to get out and since then, I have been a very good boy in the house at night so my foster family lets me pick my spot to sleep in. I love to go for walks and although I walk a little fast with my long legs, I am really good when I am on the leash. My foster parents think that my forever home should have a tall fenced yard because I am very athletic and I get around very well!.
Bubbado has a loving personality – he is a Teddy Bear!
