We are pleased to introduce Amara!
The name Amara means grace and kindness in some languages. In others it means beloved. Either of these are good descriptions for this lovely girl. She may not have had the easiest life in her past but she now enjoying the good life with everything it has to offer!
While Amara can be timid when faced with strange situations or too much activity, she very much wants to love you and show you her affection. If you give her the time to overcome her shyness then she will become your new best friend!
Amara came to us with some skin issues that we believe are a result of food allergies. She has been placed on a hypoallergenic diet and she seems to be doing much better! She will likely need to be kept on a special diet for life, but it’s readily available at any vet clinic and costs no more than any other high quality pet food.
Amara would love to go home with you!
