All good things come to those who wait and the wait for me will be well worth it!
Hi there my name is Tiny and pretty soon I’m going to be ready for my furever home, I’m just working on a few things first. I was living with a bunch of other dogs and didn’t know much about humans when I got into a little disagreement with a porcupine and ended up getting a face full of quills. That was not fun at all, but the amazing people at AARCS found me and brought me in. Unfortunately, I needed surgery on my neck and my eye had to be removed but my foster mama says that I’m still really handsome! I will not be messing with a porcupine ever again, I can promise you that. I didn’t know what humans were all about so I was a pretty scared boy at first but then my foster mama brought me home and slowly I’m learning that being in a home with humans isn’t so bad. I’m working really hard at learning to trust humans and learning how to be a dog. My mama says that each day as I grow more comfortable and confident my personality is shining more and more and that soon we will break the barrier of fear that is holding back my awesome happy, fun and loving personality. When I am ready for adoption I will be looking for a home with a confident fur brother or sister, as well as humans who have dog knowledge and understand my special needs. I love children but because of my fear issues for now I would do best in a home with no children or older children who are very dog aware. Of course lots of love, belly rubs and treats are a requirement too!
I can’t wait to be ready for adoption and I promise you that my sweet charm is irresistible, you’ll fall in love instantly!
