Hey guys, Tiny here and I’ve got some news to share with you!

“Over the last few weeks I’ve done a lot of really fun things and I’m very excited about it! I’ve learned that I absolutely love going for walks on my leash! Whenever I hear the door open I go running to it so my foster mom and dad don’t forget to take me with them. Also, I have been going for car rides and those are pretty fun too! I like looking out the window and feeling the wind in my fur. Oh! I’ve also discovered the couch, it’s my new favorite place to take naps. My foster mama also says that my personality is getting bigger and I’m a pretty amazing guy. If you don’t remember my story I had a little disagreement with a porcupine and ended up getting a face full of quills which wasn’t very nice, but the amazing people at AARCS came and rescued me. Unfortunately, I needed surgery on my neck and my eye had to be removed, but my foster mama says I’m still the most handsome boy. I didn’t know what humans were all about so I was pretty scared at first, but my foster mama brought me home and I’m a whole different dog now.

I’ve been working really hard at learning to trust humans and learning how to be a dog and I’ve come a long way but please understand I’ve still got work to do. My mama says that each day I grow more and more comfortable and confident, and that I am a sweet loving boy. I really love my humans, I follow them around the house and like to be near them so I can get cuddles and pets whenever I want. When meeting new humans I am a little nervous at first but I warm up once I get to know them. When my humans leave they let me roam the house, I’m a really good boy while they are gone and I love greeting them at the door when they return. I don’t mind being in my crate as long as my foster siblings are in their crates near me too, otherwise I get anxious so having them near me makes me feel better. My foster mama says these words “sit” or “stay” and looks at me like she wants me to do something but I have no idea what so I just smile and hop around and then she laughs, I really like making her happy. She also gets excited and gives me treats when I go potty outside and I like that so, I always make sure I go outside. My foster siblings play and it looks like lots of fun so I wag my tail and hop and run around but I’m still unsure about these things called toys. I really like doing these puzzle things because they are full of treats and I love treats, especially peanut butter in my Kong! I’m just a simple guy who is so full of love and happiness and I really want a furever home to call my own, I’m waiting so very patiently.

I am looking for a home with a confident fur brother or sister who will continue to help me learn about being a good dog, just like my fosters siblings have done. I love children but because of my fear issues, I would do best in a home with no children for now. One day I will be the perfect companion for kids. I also need a human(s) who has dog knowledge and understands my special needs. I will require dog classes to help me overcome my fears and to help me with my confidence. This will be a great way for us to spend time together and learn about each other to strengthen our bond. I promise that I am well worth it and that I will be the best dog I can be. Of course lots of love, belly rubs. cuddles and treats are a requirement too!”

    Can’t wait to meet you!
