“Hi my name is Brad and I’m the sweetest kitty you will ever meet.
When I first came into AARCS care I was extremely shy. I came from a hoarding situation and although I lived with many other cats – I wasn’t used to much human interaction.
During my stay at AARCS – I would hide in my bed as I was afraid of strangers and all the strange noises. However – once i moved into a foster home, I began to feel safe and slowly I emerged from hiding.
I’ve now been in my foster home approximately six weeks and I’m loving life! I have two other feline friends who have shown me that these humans aren’t all that bad. They feed me and give me tickles which I’m loving! I now enjoy being stroked and once I’ve learned to trust you – I will come to you for attention. I love to play and my favorite game is chasing my other feline friends around the house.
I’m still afraid of loud noises and so I would prefer a quieter home where I can relax and enjoy the peace. I love other cats and I think I would be lonely without a feline friend to show me the way. I live with a Golden Retriever and she is quiet and gentle with me.
If you adopt me – you will find having me in your home extremely rewarding. I will be shy at first – but once I realize that you’re not going to hurt me – I will reward you with love and affection and you will see my happiness and confidence grow.”
