I hope you love to be loved, because this sweet thing has a huge beautiful heart.
As a recent mom herself, Maura’s natural nurturing shows through. Maura wants so much to please her humans and absolutely adores our resident dog. The two will lay together for hours gently play-fighting (yes, while laying down) or wrestling in the backyard. She walks like a superstar on a leash but expect when she gains more confidence she will need a little tweaking on her manners. She appears to want to play with our cats – never have seen any aggression towards them but I keep them separate during the day to ensure safety. Maura is a lover. She loves to snuggle on the couch, staring at you with her gorgeous mournful eyes and to wake you up in the morning cheerfully. She loves her crate as she receives all her meals and treats in the crate (other than training treats) and stays there during they day and for quiet times. Very smart and eager to learn. Need to keep an eye on when she is done playing in the backyard as she enjoys “gardening” a bit and will give your back door a hardy scratch to let you know she misses you. I don’t have young children so not sure what she will think of them. Small kids may get pushed over as she is just so eager to love them. Older kids would probably be a joy for her as they would give her lots of love and attention that she craves.
Love me love me love me!

Would probably be best with older kids as she can be pushy when looking for cuddles and might push smaller kids over.
