“Hello, my name is Frieda. My foster mom thinks I have the most beautiful orange-golden eyes she has ever seen. I came to my foster home along with my two babies, Snoopy and Woodstock. I had never really been in a real home before so I was pretty nervous and my momma bear instincts kicked in and I immediately hid under my foster mom’s bed. That lasted a day or two until the aroma of cat food was too enticing to keep me under there long.
Well that was then, and boy I have come a long way to now! I have since realized that I no longer have to hide to protect my babies around my foster mom and that if I sit by her while she is working or rub against her legs when she’s up, that I can get scratches. Did I mention how much I like belly rubs?
I still feel pretty nervous around the little humans with their sudden movements and loud noises so I would really love to find a quieter home that understands that it takes me a little bit of time for you to gain my trust. But man is it rewarding once you do! P.S. cat treats always help!”
