Hi, my name is Bonnie and I am very friendly and love to greet everyone who comes through the door at my foster’s home.
I am a creature of comfort and very content to hang out, chew on a bone or relax on the couch when I’m inside. My fosters haven’t heard me bark once while I’ve been with them, although I will make lots of happy sounds when it’s dinner time to tell them how excited I am. I have a very expressive face and I know how to use it. I love back scratches and belly rubs and will often lie upside down with my feet in the air until someone notices and pets me. I have a lot of inertia and although it’s sometimes tough to convince me to leave my comfy spot and go outside, once I’m outside it’s the best thing ever. I love going on walks around the neighborhood and…SQUIRREL!! …exploring. I’m also fast enough and have enough energy to go for jogs with my fosters. I would do well in a home where someone has the time to come with me on my daily explorations. I promise to keep you company on the couch in the evening.
Good with Cats?
Not tested with Cats yet
Good with Dogs?
Bonnie would do best as the only dog in the home
Good with Kids?
Good interaction with two kids under 8 on a walk however would be best with older kids as she loves kids so much that she is overwhelming for younger kids.
