Odin is a gentle senior gentleman with impressive manners and big heart!
Odin was surrendered by a loving family. It was a devastatingly hard decision the family had to make as they were moving overseas to take care of their elderly parents and they did not think Odin would do well on the flight, or in the new environment. At first, upon arrival in his foster home, Odin was very ‘heavy in the heart’. He had never lived with anyone except his family and was quite depressed. But with a little extra love and some time, he settled in very well and is back to enjoying his life! Odin still enjoys short walks and is excellent on a leash! Odin doesn’t show his hound behaviour often, but he will occasionally howl and bay in excitement when the foster arrives home from a few hours away and it is absolutely adorable! Otherwise, he is very, very quiet! Odin would be happiest in a quiet home, with someone home every 4-6 hours to let him out.
Odin is a senior, but very young at heart!!!
