Cuddly and kooky! Endless entertainment and love await!
Good day fellow feline friends! Let me introduce to you the beautiful brother and sister pair of Winter and Summer. Winter and Summer were born on November 11, 2015 and came into AARCS’s care as kittens. Through very unfortunate circumstances and no fault of their own, they are now awaiting their FOREVER-AND-EVER-AND-EVER home again.
Winter is the long haired, tuxedo male. Although timid for the first day in his new home and still startled easily, he is the most amazing cuddle-bug and is a very calm and gentle cat. He will curl up in your lap and purr for as long as you will let him. At night time he will cuddle as close to your heart as he can get. He plays gently and gets along very well with the resident cats in his foster home. He is a wonderful, gentle giant with a true heart of gold.
Summer is the short haired, grey and white gal of the duo. Summer is your entertainment crew. She loves to engage and play with the other cats but is content to play with the toys by herself as well. She gets the zoomies and wishes there was carpet in the house to give her more traction so she could go faster! Summer is thrilled beyond words to watch the birds and squirrels out the window and paws at the window in hopes of a closer encounter. She has her foster mom laughing regularly by her antics. Summer is quite shy and will ask for love and give it in return but prefers it to be at her pace and in her time. Summer has a bossy streak and can be dominant towards the resident cats.
Both cats are healthy and happy. They are somewhat shy and skittish but for having been moved around quite a bit over their two years, they are doing remarkably well in their foster home. They are fine with other cats, but have not been tested around dogs or kids. They are both very resilient though and quite likely to do OK in most environments. Ideally, a calmer home without children or with older kids would be their their best fit.
The perfect pair for all your kitty needs!
