This is Jean, we call her Scooter. She is a corgi/border mix with quite an attitude
Scooter came to us in October as a medical foster. She was born with bone density issues, she has thin brittle bones that have slowly began to show stress fractures.
She also has no growth plates in her legs, this is why her legs are so bowed out. We have to keep an eye on Scooter’s activity so that she doesn’t injure herself but this has not slowed this girl down!!
She is a loving girl that loves to cuddle and be a part of everything. She has two fur resident dogs here to play with and she rules the roost. Scooter lets everyone know that she is around and has an opinion.
Each day with Scooter is special and we love her around. She is on medication and supplements to help with her pain management and bone issues. Scooter is a permanent medical resident with AARCS.
