“Hi! My name is Corbin and I am the handsomest, sweet guy in the purrfect shade of creamsicle orange.
I am more of a stay at home and read a book kind of guy as opposed to a party animal, but I am becoming more trusting and sociable every day. I like being where you are and will follow you around the house to keep you company while you do you chores, hang out with you while you work at the computer and curl up next to you on the bed at night. I am still a bit of a scaredy cat about unexpected noises and sudden movements and I’m not a huge fan of being picked up yet, but I -love- head scratches and belly rubs when I’m in the mood. I have the most adorable habit of reaching out and touching you with my paw to let you know when I want more attention.
I may be a bit timid, but that does also mean I am very respectful of you and your things. I am never on the counter, am very good with my litter box and seem to know which objects are meant for me to scratch and which aren’t. I can be very chatty when you talk to me, but I’m generally a calm guy and very quiet and respectful at night. I’m am perfectly content being by myself during the day so I can enjoy sleeping and watching the fish tank. I am not a huge fan of playing with toys, but they can hold my attention for a bit if they’ve been liberally dipped in catnip.
Changing homes is hard for me and I would be so grateful for very patient people who would finally give me a calm and relaxed forever home that I can settle into one last time and fully develop my confidence. It takes me some time to adjust, so I need a home that understands how rewarding it feels when I do start showing my trust and seeking out companionship and cuddles.
Do you have the right home to help me develop my trust in my family completely and become the sweet, loving guy I really want to be?”

Other: Untested with kids, but pretty sure he wouldn’t enjoy the noise and commotion of a young family.
