|About:|| This Kundalini Yoga workshop is designed to teach natural ways to build up our immune systems as we head into the cold winter months.
We’ll discuss – and practice – ways to use pranayama (breathing) techniques, asana (physical postures), meditation, diet and mantra (sound) to ensure our immune systems are performing optimally.
What to bring:
Mug (for some delicious yogi tea)
Pen and paper
Yoga mat (there are some available in the studio)
You’ll leave this 2.5 hour class with a variety of tools to help you stay healthy and happy this winter, and a better understanding of how our immune and endocrine systems function. Oh! and not to mention the big smile and good vibes you’ll feel knowing you are helping an organization that saves lives. Proceeds from this workshop will go directly to support the great work of the Alberta Animals Rescue Crew Society
